Program Description:
Apply for a place at one of our exciting exchange partners

Use this program to apply for a semester- or year-length exchange program.

Step 1: Choose three universities from our list of exchange partners that you’d like to attend while on exchange. These will be your three preferences in your application. Restrictions apply to your choices; please read the Preference Guidelines for more information.

There are lots of things to consider when choosing your preferences. Make sure you check all of the institution information on the program’s listing, and on our website (click ‘More Information’ from the listing). Some include:

- Suitability for your degree
- Minimum GPA
- Language proficiency requirements
- Term availability: not every university is available for every semester or year
- Availability of places (taking into account the Preference Guidelines)

For more information about what you should consider, visit our Exchange page.

Step 2: Apply to this program for your preferred term (semester or year). You should commence your application at least three weeks in advance of the deadline, which can be viewed above. Only the semester(s) visible above are available for application at this time, excluding some Canadian universities which are open for Semester 2/Full Year and Semester 1/Full Calendar Year only during the Semester 2 application round.

Step 3: Fill in all of the requirements in your checklist before the deadline.

Step 4: View your allocated place after the Decision Date. You’ll need to Commit to your offered place within two weeks of the Decision Date to progress to the next phase, where the Global Learning Office will assist you in the process of applying to your host institution.
