The course takes the form of a property development feasibility exercise carried out in Lisbon. Students will work on a live project and apply the Highest and Best use methodology to a project site.  During the project, briefings on the Lisbon market, planning and development issues will be provided from a number of industry partner institutions. The assessment for the course consists of three items, the most significant of which is an oral group presentation at the end of the study week.
